The employer of a dental assistant shall be responsible for ensuring that the dental assistant has successfully completed a board-approved eight-hour course in infection control prior to performing any basic supportive dental procedures involving potential exposure to blood, saliva, or other potentially infectious materials.

• In-Office Consultation and Seminars - Upon receipt of Client's signed agreement and check or credit card payment, the Leslie agrees to reserve agreed upon training date. If the Client requests any change in the date after it has been confirmed, the Client will be responsible for non-refundable travel expenses. A cancellation fee of 50% of the consultation fee is assessed in the event the consultation is not rescheduled at a later date.

Home Study Courses

• Individual names are assigned to each user so that he/she can access course material and take tests. Sharing log in information in prohibited.
