Workplace Violence Prevention Training and Written Plans Are MANDATORY!
Per Senate Bill 553
California dental practices are now required to develop and implement a Workplace Violence Prevention Plan (WVPP). This mandate requires written plans, a site risk assessment, active involvement of employees in process of identifying, evaluating, and correcting hazards, and site-specific training.
